JSY-01 Type Automatic Dielectric Dissipation Tester
1-1 简介:General introduction
本说明书是JSY-01型自动介质损耗测试仪的安装及验收和使用的说明书。JSY-01型自动介质损耗测试仪接纳单片机技术,运用了矢量计算方法。是一种新颖的丈量介质损耗角正切(tgδ )和电容值(Cx)的自动化仪器。可以在各种场合条件下,丈量各种绝缘材料、绝缘套管、电力电缆、电容器、互感器、变压器等高压设备在工频高电压下的介质损耗正切(tgδ )和电容值(Cx)。与西林电桥相比,具有操纵简单、自动丈量、读数直观、无需换算、精度高、重复性好、抗干扰能力强等优点。仪器内附尺度电容器和升电压装置,在“内接”方式下使用,无需其它外接设备,便于携带。
The manual illustrates the installation and acceptance for the JSY-01 automatic 
dielectric dissipation tester. It adopts sinle plate techinc with munch calculation method of vector. It is a new automatic equipment to test tgδ and capacitance Cx. It measures the tgδ and capacitance Cx for insulation material, insualtion bushing, power cable, capacitor, mutual inductor and transformer under power frequency voltage under various conditions.
Compared to schering bridge, the bridge operates easily, measures automatically, and the reading is direct without calculation. It also has high precision, good repetibility, and has capability to resist disturbance. There is standard capacitor and voltage rising device inside the equipment. It is used under “inner connection”, not necessary for outer connections and easy to bring.

1-3 结构 structure
本仪器将升压与丈量装置有机的结合在一起,并安装在一个机箱里。仪器内部安装一台10KV高压变压器,使本仪器具有最高输出10KV的试验电压。还安装有内置式高压尺度电容器,在接纳‘内接’方式丈量时,无需任何外部设备,便于携带到试验现场使用;仪器方便用户灵活地进行多种方式的丈量。仪器结构牢固,并确保高、低压电路电气间隙和爬电距离,以包管操纵人员的宁静。
The equipment combines voltage rising device and measure device, which are in one cabinet. A 10kV HV transformer is inside the equipment to ensure maximum 10kV ouput test voltage. Inner HV standard capacitor is installed inside. When measuring with “inner connection” method, no other equipment is required. It is easy to bring to test site. Various test methods can be adopted by users. The equipment has a solid structure. And high voltage, low voltage electric distance is ensured so that it is safe for operators.

1.4.7 基本丈量误差basic measure of error
产品在环境温度20℃±5℃ 、相对湿度30%~85%的条件下,应符合表1之规定。
